mixed feelings about the stay
The location is convenient! The room had a nice city view that brightened my morning. Staff seemed eager to help with any issue. Bonus points for the clean bed and decent Wi-Fi.

i was almost tempted to give this place a good review, but then I saw a cockroach on the back of my pillow, not to mention the awful smell of the room, just lovely. i also expected at least a courtesy upgrade for my troubles, but it seems special treatment is reserved for others, how quaint.

I had a comfortable one-night stay with a clean bed and parking for my motorcycle, though the room lacked hot water, which was a letdown. I'd come back because I got a good sleep!

The check-in staff was friendly and eager to assist with questions.
The room had a persistent musty odor, which made it uncomfortable to stay in.

convenient freeway access, pet-friendly policy, attractive exterior design
No hot water during stay!!! Room cleanliness needs serious improvement!!! Smells and stains in the room create an unwelcoming environment!!! Towels appeared worn and not fresh!!! TV remote and volume issues made for a frustrating experience!!!

missingWrote a review on Aug 27convenient locationclean roomcleanliness issue
Conveniently located right off the freeway, this place made it easy for our family of five to access Memphis attractions. Despite the tiredness from our road trip, we were grateful for a relatively clean room for a short stay.
My wife says that cleanliness needs serious improvement.

missingWrote a review on Jun 20convenient locationpet-friendly policyno hot waterclogged shower drainwearing towels
The location allows for easy access off the freeway, making it convenient for travelers. However, the room left much to be desired. there was no hot water, and the shower drain was clogged. Cleanliness was a concern as the towels looked worn, detracting from an overall decent appearance. Positive notes include the pet-friendly policy for an extra fee, which is a plus for families traveling with pets.
